Several facts you haven't mentioned in your application:
1. Necessary requirements for acceptance into our clan:
- You can’t have any issues with our clan members.
- You must not be a clanhoper
- Required minimum age: 17
- You must not currently belong into any other clan
- Minimum fps: 30
- Maximum ping: 150
2. Subject of an application will be your current ingame name.
Now, let's take a look at other factors...
Positive opinions
+ good Teamplay, good individual skill with run weapons
+ you are quite active and play actively on our servers
+ I find you quite friendly
Negative opinions
- sorry, but I totally dislike the way you made this application... you didn't include the conditions and even the subject of this thread is not named in accordance with your nickname ingame
- i've seen a topic on WTLS webpage about your ban. Can you tell me more?
- your reason for joining our clan is too poor, it tells me really nothing of your real meaning
- you didn't mention anything about yourself in the last spot, though it's optional I find it very important
My final vote is no (nem) for reasons I have written above and one specific and in this case a main reason:
- since I think of you as a very skilled player, I would rather to see you in another active clan that you can help in as I think we have quite fine roster at the moment and another skilled member would be too much and kind of over power

I agree with roc in one point: I don't like the way you wrote your application. But that's not a reason for me to reject you, since this is the only negative thing I can mention about you 
I hope that uGT won't hate me for this

MoG: I was in two clans at once (MoG and fSc) and I had to choose which one to stay in at the request of the clan leader of MoG
RLK: were inactive
fSc: there were many quarrels and I was dissatisfied
